<dc:description>The events of 9/11 have radically altered the entire discussion of Minorities - especially Muslim ones - and the issue of terrorism. As real as is the threat of al-Qaida and its international connections, many regimes of the world have seized on the US Global War against Terrorism to legitimize their own repression of Muslim and even Non-Muslim minorities. We have witnessed this in both friendly state, China and Pakistan. Most of the heterogeneous populated states consist of different ethnic communities. Each ethnic identity has different voices and demands, for the accomplishment of which, a continuous struggle is going on, influencing the national politics. Pakistan and China like other developing states of the world is also in front of identity crisis almost in there important federating units, Pakistan in Baluchistan and China in Xinjiang, with different concerns. These concerns are sometimes ethno-nationality, decentralization of powers, provincial autonomy and economic discrepancies. After the dismemberment of East Pakistan, the most sensitive and hot issue is the case of Baluchistan's ethno-national movement which sometimes in different occasions seem to be transformed to a militant or an insurgent group for fulfillment of their objectives. And same problem in china's Xinjiang in the case of the Uyghur. This sense of ethnic difference has to a large extent formed the basis of longstanding anti-Han sentiment among the Xinjiang Uyghur's. The Chinese leadership has also for decades perceived these sentiments as the presence of a separatist movement in Xinjiang. The Uyghur's' situation is complicated by the fact that Xinjiang - a vast oil- and gas-rich swath of territory in China's northwest occupying one-sixth of the country's area - is of great strategic value. The Chinese government has repeatedly emphasized the importance of interethnic harmony in Xinjiang and rapid integration of the Uyghur's into the Han-dominated Chinese society. Yet, many Uyghur's see policies intended to promote these goals as attempts to suppress their culture and religion. Xinxiang conflict is one of the most danger threats to the relation of both the countries.</dc:description>

<dc:description>CPEC offers Pakistan an prospect to address frequent of the economic and political issues troubling the country. If Islamabad and Beijing do not guarantee Balochi companies and workers play a famous role, it could jeopardize China's premeditated gains and Pakistan's most significant development project ever. Pakistan's government cannot afford to fuel further the anger and estrangement in this province. Baluchis must have a wager in CPEC's accomplishment. If CPEC is an implemented in a way that includes Baluchis in its rewards, (through obligation of funds for development and hiring Balochi companies and workers) CPEC has the impending to pull the province out of deficiency and calm the antigovernment anger. CPEC can be a game changer for Pakistan and China, but only if it is first a game changer for Baluchistan. For a state like Pakistan, which faces severe economic and political challenges, CPEC can establish to be a wildcard which will provide a big opportunity to soothe its economy while refining associations with its neighbors and by making Gwadar a trade and economic hub of the region. For an unbalanced economy of Pakistan, the passageway will offer a solution to its troubles and will open new horizons of development by improving socioeconomic conditions of the people and by elevating their quality of life. Many Special Economic Zones are conceived to be established in Punjab, Gilgit-Baltistan, KPK, Baluchistan, and Sindh. This will eventually bring prosperity with the speculation from the budding international investors and will help Pakistan drive its economic expansion. In ultimate remarks it is said that the project of this passageway is the "game change" in this region, it would be accomplished for the affluence of this region.</dc:description>

<dc:description>The growing strategic importance of Andaman and Nicobar Islands is now changing the dynamics of Indian ocean and maritime politics. The sea politics is now has been more tangled than before. Viewed under the theory of offensive realism proposed by John Mearsheimer that holds the concept of power maximization of states and balancing strategies to counter their rival states as all states have some offensive capabilities and countries can never be certain about the intentions of other states. The ultimate goal is to dominate. Within that context, the study aims to examine the growing strategic importance of Andaman and Nicobar Islands and its future prospects and implications on Pakistan. This paper analyzes the main indicators that India is presently working on, to develop its Tri-service theatre. The study seeks to answer the following questions a) How Andaman and Nicobar Islands are strategically important for India? b) How will the development of the two islands will change the dynamics of maritime politics and tackle increasing Chinese presence in Indian ocean? c) What will be the future implications or Pakistan? The study argues that the ANC is the significant factor for India to aggravate its control in the Indian Ocean region as it is developing its largest military and nuclear build-up. However, it can unleash negative imprints for Pakistan in future in certain aspects.</dc:description>

<dc:subject>Literacy</dc:subject>
<dc:description>Education is the only opportunity for a nation to attain sustainable development among rapidly changing nations across the globe in the 21st century. For that reason education has been recognized a fundamental right to the citizens of modern states of the contemporary world. Every state has secured this fundamental right of citizens through constitutional provisions. Constitutional provisions provide a guiding framework for the action taken by the responsible authorities of the state. The current study investigated the constitutional provisions of Pakistan and South Korea for the education of general people. Both the countries have made provisions for education and both have made different attempts to realize these provisions in the true sense. The constitution of Pakistan 1973 mentioned education as a subject in Article 25A, 37, and 38 (d) which states the government will eradicate illiteracy in minimum possible time, and education at secondary level will be free and compulsory for all the citizens of the state. On the other hand article 31 of the Korean constitution explains the educational commitments of the state. The efforts made by both the states in implementing the constitutional provisions have made the difference in the educational achievement of both the states. Pakistan having 58% literacy rate as compared to 99% literacy rate of South Korea illustrate the variations. All the governmental policies have three elements; Sustainability, Outreach, and Impact. Despite of sustainability and outreach sometimes desired results do not come from the policy due to ineptness of impact factor. Therefore this study will assess the impact factor of the constitutional provisions of Pakistan and South Korea prerequisite to free and compulsory quality education.</dc:description>

<dc:subject>water Scarcity</dc:subject>
<dc:subject>International Monetary Fund (IMF)</dc:subject>
<dc:description>Water insecurity is defined as the lack of a reliable source of water, of appropriate quality and quantity to meet the needs of the local human population and environment. As economic development continues, water consumption increases - and thus this is becoming a long-term cause of water insecurity. Pakistan is already the third most water-stressed country in the world. Its per capita annual water availability is 1,017 cubic meters - perilously close to the scarcity threshold of 1,000 cubic meters. Back in 2009, Pakistan's water availability was about 1,500 cubic meter. Pakistan ranks nine in the list of top 10 countries with lowest access to clean water where 21 million of the total population of 207 million does not have access to clean water. We need efficient and integrated management of water in view of its increasing demands visa-vis depleting reserves. God has created this commodity according to the requirements of mankind. However without management, it is not sustainable.</dc:description>

<dc:description>Historically Pakistan's relations with Saudi Arab have been concerted and coordinated on the basis of calculated strategy, except for the few exceptions. Pakistan had maintained friendly ties with Saudi Arab but with time Saudi Arab started playing more assertive role in relation to Pakistan. Since inception Pakistan tends to look towards the Saudi Arab due to cultural orientation of its public. The unprecedented transition in paradigm of Pak-Saudi relations came when Saudi Arab assumed the role of major economic aid donor. Today, the role of Pakistan can be described as 'shatter belt' vis-a-vis major powers. Pakistani an attempt to pull itself out of Western influence relied on Saudi Aid which resulted in explicit dictation of Saudi Arab. The internal weakness of Pakistan extended the opportunity for accepting external pressure which compromised the sovereignty of state directly and placed Pakistan in compliant position in relation to Saudi Arab. This paper will divulge the unique relations of Saudi Arab and Pakistan by dissecting the dimensions of Saudi Arab's political, economic and cultural influence on Pakistan. It will also illume the Saudi hegemonic policies in which Pakistan adjusts and influenced to revise its own policy choices. This paper will dwell on the way forward in Pak-Saudi relations in order to restore balance and maintain sovereignty of the state.</dc:description>

<dc:description>Starting with Islam to base the framework and working of a nation state andthen leading the state based on varying interpretations of the same ideology (Islam) including liberal interpretations, socialism, sharia, moderate version of it- Pakistan is one of those states which have been basing itsnational narrative on ideology. Ideology thus brought more challenges than achieving national objectives and national interests. Additionally, ideological underpinnings and its various indices made it easy for political elite to further their schema and safeties and get peoples backing as legitimacy for their vested political interests. This respective paper anticipates to analyze this very attitude of political elite as they counted on and exploited ideological beliefs of masses along with manipulating their belief for own peculiar interests and get backing for their flawed domestic and foreign policies. Furthermore, this paper aims at assessing how political elite managed to fragment the social and political fabric with their vague reliance on ideological indexes, thus fetching national security challenges.</dc:description>

<dc:description>Media has become an important part of every society. However, the role of media differs from society to society. Media in Pakistan has also become an important pillar of State. Before 2000, Print media and electronic media were the key tools of information and communication. However, since 2000 media is enjoying liberty to express the reality and facts. In this regard, President Musharaf has played positive role to allow the freedom and liberty to media. Moreover, now social media is also playing significant role to provide access to all citizens to rest of world. Media plays significant role in the general elections of Pakistan. Media has the ability to affect the elections via giving more or less coverage to some specific candidates and parties. Therefore, during elections and after elections, media keep an eye on the policies and actions of ruling party. However, there should be consensus among different channels on sensitive issues especially related with the security of Pakistan like Civil-Military relations, role of army, centre-province relations, and terrorism, religious and ethnic issues. As media is a key tool to create harmony and peace in Pakistani society.</dc:description>

The study looked at how the Pakistani people used language to (re)construct their gender identities on Facebook. The researcher used qualitative approach in this study and selected 60 posts of male and female for analysis. The findings of the study shows females are more concerned with establishing social interactions and displaying closeness to others while still adhering to societal standards and expectations. Males posting prefer to discuss issues linked to personal and individual activities, while females prefer to discuss relationships and social perspectives. In reality, the current study suggests that an individual's identity is constantly formed and reshaped by their social, cultural, and technical surroundings.</dc:description>

<dc:description>The purpose of this paper is to explore the possibility of implementing an Electronic Voting System EVS in Pakistan, as well as highlight some potential areas where improvement may be needed. The research is broken down into three sections: readiness, opportunities, and challenges. In the Readiness section, the researcher looks at factors such as public trust, resources, and technical infrastructure that would be necessary for an EVM to be successfully implemented in Pakistan. The Opportunities section discusses the favorable conditions in Pakistan for the implementation of the EVM, while the Challenges section outlines some of the obstacles that may need to be overcome before a system like this can be put in place. Based on our findings, the researcher provides a number of recommendations for moving forward with this initiative. Hopefully, this research provides a useful starting point for further discussion on this important topic in Pakistan</dc:description>

<dc:description>Pakistan and China have been enjoying multilayered ties. They have mutual cooperation and a supportive environment for each other. Their relationship has strengthened after the 2000s. They shifted their ties according to the global shadow. However, with the passage of time, their relationship transformed from Geo-economic to Geo-strategic. 2015 was the turning year of their ties with signing the C.P.E.C. project cost of $46Billion U.S. dollars. Both countries inked the agreement when the president of China, Xi Jinping, visited Pakistan in 2015. They are trying to safeguard their interests against the animosity of the U.S. and India. The pivot policy of the U.S. contains China's influence over the region. India is, on the other hand, sees it as a threat to its security. In this article, we are going to explore the ties between China and Pakistan and will observe the response of India and the U.S. towards them.</dc:description>

<dc:description>US withdrawal of military support during 1965, 1971, and 1975 led to a widespread perception in Pakistan that the US was an unreliable ally and had betrayed Pakistan. Initially, their relations were cordial but later on, this alliance became weaker especially during Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto's government. Bhutto after taking charge of the government reshaped Pakistan's internal and external politics. He adopted new dimensions regarding Pakistan's Foreign policy goals. He tried to free Pakistan from US influence and dependence and desired Pakistan to acquire nuclear capabilities. The paper aims to throw light on the factors that led to the drift in Pak-US relations. The findings of the study concluded that Bhutto adopted socialist policies and promoted friendly relations with socialist countries like the Soviet Union and the Peoples' Republic of China. All these steps were against the US interests. Pakistan also abandoned SEATO and CENTO pacts during this phase.</dc:description>

<dc:description>This article aims at dealing with different dimensions of Pakistan’s foreign policy, particularly the challenges to it during and after the Cold War. These challenges were mostly unilateral in the sense that Pakistan was captive to the grand American design in the Middle East and in Western Asia. There is much anti-American and anti-Western rhetoric by right-wing parties, both religious and non-religious, particularly after 9/11. The article attempts on developing an understanding on identity constructions that accompanied the Pakistani foreign policy collaboration with USA., the research seeks to understand what national identity constructions were attempted by the Pakistani foreign policymaking elite in the context of a foreign policy convergence between Pakistan and the USA. Therefore, examines the contradictions in the attempts at identity construction that how Pakistan the pursuit of security and consequent policy is accompanied by certain identity constructions highlighting the conformity non-conformity" of the element of "anti-western</dc:description>

<dc:description>The international community responded politically to the revocation of special status in 2019 and the illegal occupation of Jammu and Kashmir by the Indian government, resulting in the creation of two union territories. Undoubtedly, several states offered support to India, but concurrently, the Indian government made an unconstitutional decision. China and Pakistan in particular worked together to draw the UN Security Council's attention to the disputed territory. The paper examines how the unconstitutional changes in IIOJK sparked reactions around the world and how the diplomatic discourse highlighted India's unconstitutional action, along with the military lockdown and communication blackout. The article also emphasized how India is making a great effort to maintain its hold on the disputed territory by using forceful tactics, violating human rights, and stifling the Kashmiri people's movement for a resolution. This is demonstrated by the decision to revoke Article 370.</dc:description>

<dc:description>This research work explores the profound structural changes undergone in the financial system of Pakistan in response to its topsy-turvy journey on the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) gray list. Beginning with an in-depth analysis of FATF's recommendations, the study also investigates the criticisms surrounding the FATF mechanism, including concerns about inconsistency, politicization, and potential geostrategic influences. The paper also highlights Pakistan's regulatory enhancements, legislative reforms, and adoption of a risk-based approach to combating the financing of terrorism and anti-money laundering measures. The pinnacle of this transformative process is the successful exit of Islamabad from the FATF gray list in October 20-21, 2022. This research contributes valuable insights into the dynamic relationship between national regulatory reforms, international financial governance, and the broader implications for the economic stability and global standing of the country.</dc:description>

<dc:description>Incest has been surrounded by mystery, debate, and legal restrictions since its inception. Anthropologists believe that incest is a culturally driven phenomenon. Estimates of the prevalence of incest in Pakistan are highly variable because these differences are mostly influenced by the definition of incest that is utilized as well as the technique of data collection. However, recent research suggests that the incidence of incest in Pakistan may be significantly higher than was previously thought. According to the findings of a study that was carried out by the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP), incest was implicated in 69% of sexual abuse occurrences that were reported in 2018. According to the study, families that strictly adhered to their cultural and traditional norms had a lower likelihood of disclosing any cases of incestuous rape that may have occurred within the family. The study takes into account the consequences of keeping it a secret.</dc:description>

<dc:description>The paper examines Pakistan's complex network of ethnic fault lines and considers their significant ramifications for the existence of the nation. Deeply ingrained ethnic conflicts have been brought about by the historical, socio-cultural, and political terrain of the country, creating serious obstacles to national unity. The study clarifies the possible risks these fault-lines may offer to the stability and unity of the Pakistani state by looking at their historical background and historical development. Ethnic conflict is fueled by a number of factors, some of which are examined in detail, including cultural differences, political marginalization, and economic inequities. Using a multidisciplinary approach, the research provides a thorough knowledge of the intricate interactions between ethnic dynamics and state survival in Pakistan by referencing political science, sociology, and historical analysis.</dc:description>

The advancement of equality and social justice depends on this acknowledgement of fundamental rights. By bringing attention to the problems transgender people encounter, your study gives them the confidence they need to speak up and fight for their own rights. It supports self-determination and self-advocacy, empowering transgender people to affect change in their own life. It acknowledges the enormous talents and abilities that transgender people have. This acknowledgment may have a good impact on Pakistan's national heritage. Society may profit from transgender people's distinctive contributions by fostering an atmosphere where they can make use of their abilities.</dc:description>

<dc:description>The idea of ethnicity suggests a sense of communal identity within a particular society. The complex blend of racial, cultural, and historical traits used to distinguish individuals from other groups. Since Pakistan's independence, there have been numerous ebbs and flows in terms of ethnic nationalism in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provinces that have a serious influence on the solidarity, integration, and unityof the state. Such conflict still exists today. Additionally, since the beginning, governmental and non-governmental entities have persevered in fostering a favorable environment. The government's participation, meanwhile, has not been as effective as it could havebeen. Additionally, from 2000 to 2022,.The flaws of the governments, societies, and elites of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan must also be evaluated severely. In addition, sensible suggestions must be made in order to kill evil in the bud and ensure Pakistan's existence.</dc:description>

<dc:description>Economic globalization has acted as a double-edged sword in less-developed countries like Pakistan by creating some opportunities; however, Pakistan faces backwardness in aligning its economy with the rapid pace of globalization. Its agriculture and manufacturing sectors have not kept pace with ongoing challenges. This article, via mixed research, aims to address the existing loopholes in the policies of the government and suggest future courses of action that are essential in addressing these problems. Comparative advantage theory used to analyze the agricultural and manufacturing sectors in the world market highlights the potential areas of improvement for Pakistan's export-led growth. The research exposes internal policy loopholes hindering potential economic growth in the manufacturing sector. Similarly, agricultural productivity is devoured by institutional weaknesses, lack of policies, and lack of implementation of existing policies. Sound and appropriate economic policies at the domestic level, along with international policy coordination, are significant as a way forward.</dc:description>

<dc:description>This research aims to investigate how Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) implementation into operational policies in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) of Pakistan can address climate-related challenges that are deforestation, water scarcity, and extreme weather conditions. Drawing on the Earth System Governance (ESG) framework, the research focuses on how governance structures and policies of KP comply with SDG 13 (Climate Action), SDG 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation), and SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy). A qualitative methodology using academic literature from 2020 to 2024, policy reviews, and secondary data are used. We present results showing that important gaps exist in interdepartmental coordination, the prioritization of resources, and stakeholder participation during the localization of the SDGs. The ESG framework identifies adaptive governance and participatory approaches as necessary to deal with these barriers. The study offers the following recommendations: Project output includes a provincial SDG strategy, increased stakeholder collaboration, and resource appropriation.</dc:description>
